We have been given one free place for the Run to the Beat 10K race in London! To take part all you have to do is donate £5 to the Justgiving page here and we will be selecting the winner on the 10th August.
On the 30 June 2014 a group of runners took part in the longest point-to-point relay race in the UK for The Cure & Action for Tay-Sachs (CATS) Foundation! The race is called the London2Cardiff 24 and the team had to cover the distance between the two cities while running – this is a total of 160 miles!
