What is Sandhoff?

KEY FACTS OF SANDHOFF Sandhoff disease is a lysosomal genetic, lipid storage disorder caused by the inherited deficiency to create functional beta-hexosaminidases A (Hex-A) and beta-hexosaminidases B (Hex-B).
