At The Cure & Action for Tay-Sachs (CATS) Foundation would like to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Your support throughout 2014 has once again been amazing and helped the charity reach many milestones.

This year there has been a steady momentum in the work towards a potential treatment for Tay-Sachs and Sandhoff disease and our involvement in this has steadily increased. We have been awarded grants for our work from other organisations, including Genzyme and Jeans for Genes; organised the 2nd European Tay-Sachs and Sandhoff Disease Family Conference in Disneyland Paris; expanded our team by welcoming Nikki, our dedicatedFamily Support Officer; given various talks about the diseases and charity; and most importantly we have been able to continue supporting our families with equipment, respite trips and many other services.

All of this would not have been possible without you and your support.

Every time you speak about the charity or hold an event for us you are helping raise awareness and funds in our fight against Tay-Sachs and Sandhoff disease. If we made a list of everyone who has held an event or supported the charity this newsletter would be very long so please know we will always be grateful for everything you have done for The CATS Foundation.

We wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year,
