3rd Annual Charity Golf Day
On the 20th June 2014 a charity golf day and dinner was held for CATS Foundation The event was organised by Ross Ferrington who organises a golf day once a year for different charities. After learning about The CATS Foundation and the work we do through friends he decided to hold this year’s event for the charity to help raise awareness and funds!
The golf day was held at the fantastic Langdon Hills Golf Club in Essex where over 100 people came together to play a round of golf and to support the charity. There was a dinner and auction in the evening where everyone had a great time!
It was a fantastic event and we managed to raise over £5, 000 in the fight against Tay-Sachs and Sandhoff disease. This will have a huge impact on the charity and will enable us to continue offering our services to families affected by the diseases.
You can see some photos from the event below and more can be found on our Flickr page here. We would like to say a big thank you to Ross for putting on such a great event!
